At our studio, we strive to make learning about dance fun and enjoyable, while also preparing our dedicated students for success in achieving their individual goals. We are committed to providing a positive environment, with personalized instruction, to help our dancers reach their highest potential. Whether they are looking to dance for recreation or professional purposes, we will provide the necessary skills and training to help them reach their goals.

In September of 2006, Amy Famiglietti became the new owner and artistic director of The Dance Studio. Under her management, the studio has been able to expand by adding ten more classes to their current lineup. In addition, The Senior Dance Company, Junior Elite Dance Company, and Junior Dance Company were established. The Dance Studio has also sought out some of the best dancers, choreographers, and dance educators to bring innovative and exciting master classes to the studio. Matt Steffanina, one of the most popular internet dancers, and choreographers from Broadway Dance Center and Hamilton, Derek Mitchell, have all been part of the master classes at The Dance Studio. Victor Smalley, Angel Armas, and Lucas Triana of Dance Moms Miami have also been a part of the master classes. This season, The Dance Studio is taking it a step further and having the Broadway casts of Aladdin and Hamilton come to The Dance Studio for two Master class series. This will give the students an even more engaging and educational opportunity to learn and develop their dance skills.

Welcome to Jody's School of Dancing. Our dance year begins in September and ends in June and we hope that in those months, you will obtain the knowledge and love of dance which will become a special part of your life. We assume and enjoy the responsibility of conveying to you our dancing expertise in a serious but enjoyable fashion. Emphasis is placed on the development of poise, coordination, perception, and physical and mental discipline. Our teachers have been dancing during the summer months to bring you fresh dance material for our upcoming season.

Medford Figure Skating was founded in 1987 and has become renowned for providing exceptional figure skating programs to the children of Medford and surrounding north of Boston communities. The Medford Recreational Hockey Association, Inc. was established in May 1975, following the merger of the Medford Youth Hockey Association, the North Medford Hockey Club and the West Medford and Hillside Hockey League. The initial constitution and bylaws were adopted and presented at the first Annual Meeting prior to the start of the 1975 season. Since then, the Medford Recreational Hockey Association, Inc. has been dedicated to providing a safe, enjoyable and affordable hockey experience to the youth of Medford and the surrounding areas. The organization is committed to upholding the highest standards of sportsmanship and providing an opportunity for children to learn the values of fair play, teamwork, and respect for others.

MASSCAP is a statewide association of community action agencies that aims to reduce poverty across the Commonwealth by advocating for public policies, resources, and social changes that enable people to meet their basic needs, access economic opportunities, build strong communities, and realize their full potential.

Medford National Little League is a non-profit, board-run organization. Volunteers from the community are essential in making the program a success, donating their time and expertise to provide a positive environment for our youth. The board of the MNLL works hard to promote good sportsmanship, while providing quality instruction in the development of baseball and softball skills. Through the guidance and leadership of the volunteers, the MNLL strives to instill in our young people the values of citizenship, discipline, teamwork, and physical fitness. All operations of the Little League are run by volunteers, except for some professional services, and they are committed to providing a healthy environment for the youth of our communities. The MNLL is dedicated to fostering a love of the game and to enriching the lives of our youth. We will strive to instill in our young people the values of sportsmanship, fairness, and competitiveness, while providing a safe and positive atmosphere for our children.

Our traditional Tang Soo Do classes emphasize character development through martial arts training. Students gain flexibility, strength, and confidence while learning focus, respect and how to defend themselves. We offer classes for adults, kids (as young as 4 years old) as well as family classes allowing adults and kids to learn side by side.

Medford Youth Soccer is proud to be affiliated with USA Youth Soccer, Massachusetts Youth Soccer and Middlesex Youth Soccer. Our Fall and Spring Travel and IntraCity Youth Soccer programs provide plenty of opportunity for young athletes to get involved in the sport. Our Spring Travel program is especially competitive, and a great way for more advanced players to hone their skills.
