Our blended approach to nurturing the whole child is rooted in play, with an emergent curriculum being used to gradually expose them to components and best practices from progressive curriculums. We foster self-directed play to give children the opportunity to hone their decision-making and planning skills. We co-construct the curriculum with the children, allowing their emergent ideas and interests to guide our topics of investigation. Bring your little adventurers outside to explore and learn with Tinkergarten in Arlington, Virginia this Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter! Our play-based outdoor curriculum was designed by education experts and loved by families all over. At Roger-Pierce Children’s Center, we strive to create a safe and nurturing learning atmosphere. The LARP Adventure Program is an extraordinary way for your child to explore their creativity and communication skills. At the Arlington Soccer Club, we are dedicated to providing our community with the opportunity to enjoy the game of soccer. For over 30 years, the ASC has been helping to advance the game of soccer in Arlington, Massachusetts, while providing an atmosphere of learning and growth for players of all ages. ASC offers soccer programs for boys and girls ranging from 4 to 18 years old. As a volunteer-run non-profit organization, our team of passionate coaches and administrators work hard to provide our community with the best soccer experience possible each spring and fall. Our leagues provide a valuable opportunity for children and teens to develop their skills, build confidence, and create lasting relationships. With over 1,900 players, the Arlington Soccer Club is a vibrant and fun environment that encourages the growth of each individual and the game of soccer as a whole.

At A Place To Grow Afterschool at the Stratton School, we provide a safe, secure and nurturing environment where children can thrive. Established in 1992, we care for 78 children each day and offer a variety of activities to engage and entertain them. At A Place To Grow, we have been providing quality daycare for 40 years. Our child care services are designed to meet the needs of busy families, with flexible schedules. Our program offers full day options from 8am to 6pm, or 8am to 4pm. We provide a safe and nurturing environment for infants, toddlers, pre-school and pre-k children. Our facility is located on the first floor of the Park Avenue Congregational Church, offering plenty of room for activities and learning. The church provides an indoor gym, conference room, kitchen, and a new playground area with climbing structures and a grassy area for field games. We have an on-site custodian to ensure the safety of all children, and we are able to accommodate up to 47 children daily.

At Arlington Heights Nursery School, we understand the powerful role play can have in a child's development. Ready, Set, KIDS! Family Enrichment Center offers a variety of science classes to spark a child's curiosity and love of science. Our Science Explorers classes inspire little scientists to explore, observe, hypothesize, experiment and reflect about their world in a fun, safe environment. Children aged 3-8 will have a blast learning about science with our Science Explorers classes. They will be encouraged to explore, observe, hypothesize, experiment, and reflect about their world.
