Welcome to Old Spool Sewing! I'm Julia, the teacher and owner of this wonderful shop. I'm an alumnus of Parsons the New School of Design in New York City, where I earned a nomination for Designer of the Year during my thesis year. After working in the fashion industry, I became disillusioned with its wasteful practices and decided to pursue my passion for making and teaching instead. Here at Old Spool Sewing, I offer sewing classes for people of all ages and skill levels, from beginner to advanced. I'm excited to share my knowledge and help everyone create something unique and special with their own two hands. I can't wait to meet you and start creating!

We aim to provide a strong foundation taught in traditional media and methods. Our schools are safe and nurturing environments where students learn and have fun! We believe that art is not just for “artists”. It is essential for everyone to nurture their creativity in some way. Not only does it develop young minds, but it also builds awareness, confidence, and character in any age that will spill over to all other areas of life. To us all of our students are individuals and we love each student's differences. We keep our classes small to allow for one on one attention and maximum personal growth. All of our instructors are dedicated and experienced professional artists that can taylor lessons to fit the needs of each student.

At Dance For Joy, we understand that learning to dance can be intimidating for children. That’s why we create an environment where each child’s individual needs are met. Our teachers are passionate about dancing and fully dedicated to helping each student succeed. We strive to provide a fun and supportive atmosphere for learning. We’re proud to offer professional dance education in Brielle, NJ. Our instructors have college degrees or dance certifications, and they’re committed to providing each student with the best teaching experience possible. Our studio is top-of-the-line, with raised marley dance floors and viewing windows for parents. We understand that dancing can be scary for kids, so we strive to create a safe and supportive environment for our students. Our teachers are patient and encouraging, and they’re committed to helping each child reach their individual goals. We want every student to feel comfortable and confident in their ability to dance.

At Grace Kelly Studio, we strive to provide a positive and supportive learning environment for our students. Our classes are designed to challenge and expand our dancers’ abilities, while still making our classes fun and enjoyable. We offer a variety of classes from Ballet and Tap to Hip Hop and Contemporary. Our teachers are highly experienced and passionate about what they do, and our students not only learn the basics of dance, but also gain a sense of pride and accomplishment. At Grace Kelly Studio, we are dedicated to providing our students with the best dance education possible. Our award winning Shore Feet Dance Company trains dancers to reach their highest potential. They perform at community events throughout the area, and are recognized for their hard work and dedication. Our knowledgeable instructors are passionate about helping our students grow and excel in their dance journey. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced dancer, we have something for everyone.
