That’s why we’ve been providing our non-competitive, mindfulness-based mobile fitness program for children and families of all ages and backgrounds for the past six years. Our goal is to provide a holistic fitness experience in a safe and supportive atmosphere that is open to everyone, regardless of their skill set or ability level. Our program is designed to be non-competitive and mindfulness-based, so that everyone can take part and have an enjoyable experience. At Hudson Children's Center, your little one can enjoy a safe and stimulating environment that is specifically designed for young children. Our bright, spacious classrooms provide plenty of room for individual growth and development through creative and challenging activities. We also boast a gymnasium, large fenced-in playgrounds, and an in-ground pool for swimming lessons in the summer. We welcome children and families of all backgrounds, regardless of race, cultural heritage, political beliefs, national origin, disability or marital status, or sexual orientation. Our center is open year-round from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, and we have full and half-day programs. We provide morning and afternoon snacks, and we ask that parents send a lunch with their child.
