This vibrant state is also home to the Bendy Gurus— an adventurous gang of kids who can morph into dogs, trees, and warriors just by stretching their bodies in distinct ways! Meet our imaginary character, Yogi Bearfoot, the funniest kid among the Bendy Gurus. He has wild curly hair and always wears mismatched socks. His favorite pose is the Downward Dog, which he often calls the "Upside-Down Pup." He is the clown of the group, often causing fits of laughter when, attempting the Tree Pose, he sways like a willow in a windstorm instead of standing tall and strong like an oak. But Yogi Bearfoot, goofy as he is, always has a big smile on his face. He believes that Yoga is not just about nailing the perfect pose but enjoying the journey of learning. At Atlantic Coast Gymnastics (ACG), we are dedicated to introducing our youth to the unique physical and mental benefits of gymnastics. Our programs are designed to build confidence, poise, mental and physical discipline, determination, teamwork, and self-confidence. Since our founding in 1986, ACG has helped more than 100 youth become national qualifiers, and 25 have earned full or partial college scholarships. Our programs are designed for all ages and skill levels. We offer preschool and recreational gymnastics classes for boys and girls, competitive USAG and Xcel women’s gymnastics, and levels 2-10 and Xcel Silver-Platinum for girls. We also host summer camps, clinics, and other special events. ACG is passionate about helping youth learn and grow through gymnastics. We are committed to providing quality instruction and creating a safe and enjoyable environment for our students.
