At Atlantic Coast Gymnastics (ACG), we are dedicated to introducing our youth to the unique physical and mental benefits of gymnastics. Our programs are designed to build confidence, poise, mental and physical discipline, determination, teamwork, and self-confidence. Since our founding in 1986, ACG has helped more than 100 youth become national qualifiers, and 25 have earned full or partial college scholarships. Our programs are designed for all ages and skill levels. We offer preschool and recreational gymnastics classes for boys and girls, competitive USAG and Xcel women’s gymnastics, and levels 2-10 and Xcel Silver-Platinum for girls.
