With a mission to support Greater Boston’s youngest children to reach their full potential, Nurtury’s goal is to invest in school readiness, promote healthy development, and strengthen families. Each year, the organization serves more than 1,000 children and families, providing the resources they need to build a strong foundation for their future.

At Horizons for Homeless Children, we understand that homelessness can be an incredibly stressful and traumatic experience for young children, and we strive to provide them with the support and resources they need to thrive. Through our early education program, play opportunities, and family support services, we help children and families who are struggling with homelessness to build a better future.

From teaching the alphabet to taking them on fun filled trips, Learn & Play Center offers an array of activities to help children learn and grow. With a dedicated team of teachers and staff, the center provides a safe, nurturing environment for children from 15 months to 6 years of age. The center's goal is to ensure that every student leaves kindergarten with a well-rounded education and a strong foundation for their future development.

Parents of Little Sprouts Boston BUMC can rest assured their children are in good hands and have the opportunity to flourish each day. Little Sprouts Boston BUMC offers a unique setting for children to explore, create, and learn. The bright, modern, and spacious classrooms create an ideal learning environment and the private playground offers plenty of space for growing minds to discover new things in the fresh air. The dedicated parking lot also allows for easy pick-up and drop-off for commuting families.

For families in need, Nurtury provides a vital service, offering a comprehensive early childhood education program for children from birth to age five. With a focus on school readiness, healthy development, and family strengthening, Nurtury is dedicated to helping the region’s youngest children get the best start possible. In 2019, Nurtury (formerly Associated Early Care and Education) was able to provide more than 1,000 Greater Boston area children with the opportunity to reach their full potential. Through this comprehensive early childhood education program, children are given the tools they need to succeed, from birth to age five. Nurtury is dedicated to investing in school readiness, promoting healthy development, and strengthening families so that all children can get the best start in life.
