Golfers of any age and ability will love the 9-hole golf course at Quail Ridge. This classic design takes advantage of the beauty of its secluded New England surroundings, with 94 acres of mature pine trees and hardwood forest surrounding it. It's the perfect spot for a peaceful round of golf, and was even nominated for the 2006 Golf Digest Best new private golf courses in America contest. The golf course at Quail Ridge is top-notch, with a state-of-the-art practice facility including a putting green, chipping green, and short iron target green. It was even the site of the Massachusetts Golf Association Mid-Amateur qualifying event in August 2006. At NARA Summer Camp, held at NARA Park in Acton, kids from 4 to 15 can enjoy all the fun of summer. Operated by the Town of Acton Recreation Department, both town residents and non-residents are welcome. The camp runs from June to August, with 10 weekly themed sessions, plus age-appropriate activities like arts and crafts, nature, boating, music, drama, sports, group challenges, swimming, and even special field trips. For summer fun, come to NARA Summer Camp at NARA Park in Acton. The Town of Acton Recreation Department runs the camp, and it's open to both town residents and non-residents, ages 4 to 15. From June through August, kids can take part in 10 themed sessions with activities like arts and crafts, nature, boating, music, drama, sports, group challenges, swimming, and even thrilling field trips.
