With a cowboy hat perched on his shell and a bandana around his neck, this crustacean is on a mission to make these kids the best sailors in Texas! The young sailors, or "Sea Rangers" as they like to call themselves, gather around Billy Bob, their little eyes shining brighter than the North Star.
