Rhode Island, often known as "Little Rhody," may be the smallest state in the United States, but it is packed with as much fun and adventure as a jack-in-the-box. Now, imagine if you will, a quirky character named Stretchy Rocco, who lives here. Rocco, a splendidly supple flamingo, is the state mascot for children's yoga. Stretchy Rocco, with his long, bendy legs and feathered balance, could perform yoga poses that would make a pretzel turn green with envy. Rocco's favorite spot? The sandy shores of Newport, where he loved to salute the sun as it rises over the Atlantic. He is famous among the children of Rhode Island, who find inspiration in his flexibility and fun-loving spirit. These Rhode Island kids are anything but ordinary. In fact, they are a lot like Stretchy Rocco, adventurous and full of life. They love to practice their downward dog while laughing and giggling, pretending to be Rocco himself. Or they might try a warrior pose, standing tall and proud like The Independent Man on top of the Rhode Island State House. Their faces light up like the WaterFire festival in Providence when they master a tricky pose, and even when they wobble and fall, they bounce back faster than a Narragansett Bay wave. After all, they've learned from Stretchy Rocco that yoga is more about fun and less about perfection. So, you see, Rhode Island might be small, but it's a place where big dreams come to life!

Give your child the opportunity to learn a unique Olympic sport while building confidence, focus, coordination, discipline, and strategic thinking at ALLE Fencing Club in Fort Lauderdale. ALLE Fencing Club specializes in saber fencing and welcomes students from beginners discovering the sport for the first time to experienced young athletes preparing for regional and national competitions. Youth beginner classes introduce children ages 6–12 to the fundamentals of fencing, including saber handling, footwork, distance control, fencing etiquette, sportsmanship, coordination, focus, and basic rules. Junior programs are available for ages 12+ and help students progress toward competitive fencing. With experienced coaches and a supportive training environment, students develop both physical and mental skills while learning a sport that challenges them to think quickly, move confidently, and make strategic decisions. Advanced and Elite programs provide additional training for experienced fencers interested in tournaments and high-level competition. ALLE Fencing Club also offers private lessons for personalized instruction and skill development, as well as beginner-focused fencing camps that combine fencing activities with teamwork, confidence-building, focus, and fun.
