The studio offers art classes with a focus on connecting with the surroundings, for children and adults ages 4+, as well as themed adult one day workshops. The classes are tailored to the individual’s needs, providing a unique and rewarding experience for each student. The studio is a place for both serious art enthusiasts and those simply looking to explore their creativity.

At our facility on Commonwealth Avenue, near the Chestnut Hill Reservoir and Cleveland Circle, we are proud to offer daycare and fun activities in a bright and beautiful space. The building was built in the mid-twentieth century by Congregation B’nai Moshe and opened in 2019. We provide all day care for children of all ages and offer a variety of activities. Our indoor gym is perfect for children to explore and our outdoor park, Rabbi Joseph Shalom Shubow Park, provides plenty of space for kids to play and explore the outdoors. At Star Dance School, we provide a unique combination of group and private dance classes for children and teens who are seeking intensive, competitive ballroom and latin dance training. Our experienced, professional dance instructors are competing dancers who have competed in many ballroom and latin dancesport competitions around the world, and have years of coaching experience training competitive dance couples at all levels, from beginner to champion. We offer competitive ballroom dance, or dancesport training for adults, in International Standard and International Latin styles, as well as American Rhythm and Smooth. Professional ballroom and latin dance instruction is available from beginner to championship levels, with private dance lessons and group dance classes both offered.

We understand the importance of play-based learning for young children, so our activities are centered around music and motion, storytime, creative play, and circle time. We have ample play areas designed to accommodate all ages and a secure outdoor play area with climbing structures, slides, and a wading pool and sprinklers. We provide healthy and nutritious meals including morning snacks, lunch, and afternoon snacks. The Warrior Ice Arena, practice and training facility for the Boston Bruins, is open for the whole community to enjoy. Recently, the third-floor lobby (concourse) was updated with a large display area to honor a partnership between Warrior, New Balance, and the Boston Bruins. Fair Folk designed a unique representation of the three brands coming together in a life-sized sculpture of the Bruins bear logo, made of items from each of the three companies. In addition to the fun of the lobby displays, Warrior Ice Arena also features concession stands serving healthy food options and limited parking available onsite. So if you’re in the Boston area, come and check out Warrior Ice Arena and take part in the great experience of the local hockey community.
