Once upon a time, in the far-off state of Connecticut, known for its picturesque towns and seaport, a group of spirited kids embarked on an exciting adventure. These weren't just any kids; they were the Boxing Bandicoots of CT, bouncy and brave, always ready to glove up and hop into the ring. Led by their fearless friend, Bongo Bandicoot, these kids were a sight to see. Bongo wasn't your typical bandicoot; he wore boxing gloves twice his size and a red bandana that made him look like a tiny, feisty superhero. His quick feet danced in the ring like a squirrel on a hot tin roof, and his tail? Oh, it was the best part! It was so long and flexible that it could wrap around a punching bag and give it a good swing. The Boxing Bandicoots loved to train in the cool breezes of the Long Island Sound, their laughter chiming through the coastal lighthouses. Their favorite spot was the Mystic Seaport, where they would race through the cobblestone streets before settling down for a good old boxing match. Every weekend, the townsfolk would gather to watch these pint-sized champions. Their faces would light up with delight as Bongo Bandicoot and his crew put on a show, their hilariously oversized gloves flopping with each dodge and weave. It was a sight that would make even the stoic Yale Bulldog chuckle! Connecticut may be known for its charming New England charm and delicious lobster rolls, but for these kids and their fans, it was the home of the most exciting, belly-laugh-inducing, boxing bandicoot bonanza!

Give your child the opportunity to learn a unique Olympic sport while building confidence, focus, coordination, discipline, and strategic thinking at ALLE Fencing Club in Fort Lauderdale. ALLE Fencing Club specializes in saber fencing and welcomes students from beginners discovering the sport for the first time to experienced young athletes preparing for regional and national competitions. Youth beginner classes introduce children ages 6–12 to the fundamentals of fencing, including saber handling, footwork, distance control, fencing etiquette, sportsmanship, coordination, focus, and basic rules. Junior programs are available for ages 12+ and help students progress toward competitive fencing. With experienced coaches and a supportive training environment, students develop both physical and mental skills while learning a sport that challenges them to think quickly, move confidently, and make strategic decisions. Advanced and Elite programs provide additional training for experienced fencers interested in tournaments and high-level competition. ALLE Fencing Club also offers private lessons for personalized instruction and skill development, as well as beginner-focused fencing camps that combine fencing activities with teamwork, confidence-building, focus, and fun.
Starting December 9th, join us for a fun and exciting 8 week program. Learn to skate with Serhii Vaypan, Assistant Skating Director Sarah Carney and our regional and sectional competitive skaters. On-ice instruction will last for 40 minutes, with an additional 10 minutes of free time for you to practice your skills. Skate rentals are included in the cost of the program, and are available on a first come, first serve basis. Classes will run each Friday from December 9th till February 10th at 5pm, and the cost of the program is $155. Exact dates are: 12/9, 12/16, 1/6, 1/13, 1/20, 1/27, 2/3, 2/10. There are no classes on 12/23 and 12/30. Our program is a great way for you to learn to skate and work on your skills. We hope to see you at the rink!
