Amidst this scenic wonderland was the mystic dojo, where the TJ KOCO trained, armed with gis and colorful belts. He'd scamper around the dojo, often imitating the judo moves in his miniature style, and would squeak delightfully at any successful throw or grip, making everyone laugh. Our core program consists of training kata, self defense, and fundamentals, while our sport karate program focuses on speed fighting, competition forms, and weapons training. You will learn the traditional elements and fundamentals of Bo, the primary weapon used in our program.
