It has beaches, forests, and bustling cities all neatly packed into its petite borders. And right in the middle of all this enchanting chaos, you will find our heroes, the Karate kids. They are as diverse and exciting as the state they live in. There’s Billy, a red-haired whirlwind of energy whose roundhouse kick could send a comet spiraling off into space. Then there's Mia, with her pigtails flying during her impressive kata routines, could disarm a samurai with her twinkling eyes. And let’s not forget the youngest, Tommy, who although small in stature with a knack for misplacing his karate belt, has a spirit as invincible as a knight's shiny armor. Bruce, a quirky woodland creature with a black belt in nut-cracking and karate, guides them through their training with his mystical martial arts wisdom sprinkled with nutty humor. We are a traditional martial arts program with a 21st century attitude. Our program offers something for everyone, no matter your age or experience level. Our core program consists of training kata, self defense, and fundamentals, while our sport karate program focuses on speed fighting, competition forms, and weapons training. You will learn the traditional elements and fundamentals of Bo, the primary weapon used in our program. With such a diverse group of programs, our instructors have a wealth of knowledge to share with each student.
