In the land of the cheese heads, where the air is as crisp as a freshly picked McIntosh apple and rivers are as clear as a glass of mom's lemonade, lies the terrific state of Wisconsin. This delightful land is filled with cheese, cows, and Packers fans. But it's also known for its beautiful lakes and rivers. For the kids of Wisconsin, there’s a special magic that happens when they pick up a fishing rod.

Oh, and have you met WisconSam? He’s a plump, friendly Badger with a fishing hat that always seems a tad too big for his furry head. WisconSam loves fishing and he’s the self-proclaimed "Fishing Mentor" for all the kids in Wisconsin. He’s as funny as a clown in a tickle fight, always ready with a comical tale about the time he tangled with a fish as big as a football player. 

Every morning, he gathers all the young fishing enthusiasts and takes them on a remarkable journey. They listen carefully as WisconSam tells hilarious tales of the elusive ‘Cheezy Cheddar Carp’ or the ‘Bratwurst Bass’ that lurk in the waters. The kids cast their lines with giggles, carefully holding their fishing rods, their eyes filled with sparkles of hope and excitement. They wait patiently, hoping to reel in a big one. 

From the giggling shores of Lake Superior to the chuckling waters of the Mississippi River, the laughter of kids echoes all across Wisconsin. While they might not always catch the biggest fish, they always end up with the biggest smiles.

The US Engineering League is a prominent nationwide establishment that passionately supports STEM-focused education. We believe in the power of experiential learning and thus emphasize hands-on learning through competitive challenges. Since our inception in 2018, we have been the proud USA National Office for the acclaimed World Robot Olympiad, a global robotics competition that has over 35,000 participants from more than 80 countries. In addition to robotics, our educational offerings span across various STEM sectors such as coding, eSports, engineering, science and more. Chasewood Learning

Parents, if you’re looking for a traditional summer camp experience for your son, look no further than Camp Nebagamon. Located in northwestern Wisconsin, near the shores of Lake Superior in the heart of Wisconsin’s Northwoods, Camp Nebagamon is a residential boys summer camp. The campers range in age from 3rd grade to freshman year in high school, and campers and staff come from all over the United States as well as international destinations. There are approximately 230 campers and 130 staff members at any given time. Sessions last either four or eight weeks. 

Camp Nebagamon has a rich history, dating back to 1929. Founded by Muggs and Janet Lorber of St. Louis, the original camp consisted of just 44 campers on a 75-acre site. Since then, the camp has been owned and directed by four different sets of owners. The idea of providing a complete Northwoods experience for boys from all over the country remains the same today as it was nearly a century ago. 

At Camp Nebagamon, your son will be able to experience a traditional summer camp with a rich history. The campers and staff hail from all over the United States and the world, and the camp offers both four- and eight-week sessions. With nearly 90 years of history, it’s a great place to send your son for a memorable summer camp experience.
