Their leader is a character full of wit and humor, named Cheddar Chuck. Cheddar Chuck is a cheese-loving, Tai Chi practicing, fun-filled young boy with an infectious laugh that echoes throughout the valleys of Wisconsin. He wears a cheesehead hat, but instead of a football, he's often seen with a Tai Chi manual. In the break of dawn, when the world is still rubbing the sleep from its eyes, you’d find the Cheese Curd Chis on the banks of the Mississippi river, moving in slow and controlled motions. They mimic the flow of the river, the sway of the willows, and the journey of the sun, all while trying not to giggle at the ducks waddling across the river bank. The Cheese Curd Chis believe that laughter and Tai Chi together can turn even the grumpiest cheese into a laughing cow.
