Every child between the ages of 7 and 21, who has special needs or is in foster care and resides in Texas, is entitled to apply for admission to the Texas Elks Camp. The camp believes in inclusion, ensuring that no child is excluded due to their income level, ethnicity, race, creed, color, or religion. The Texas Elks Camp is completely free of charge. Admission is granted on a fair, "first-come, first-served" basis, ensuring equal opportunity for all applicants.
