With almost 30 acres of woods, courts, and fields, Camp Watchaug offers a huge selection of activities, both on land and in the water. Children ages 4 to entering 9th grade have the opportunity to take part in daily swim lessons and recreation swims, as well as activities such as archery, gaga, sailing, ropes courses, and a climbing wall. Every camper is placed in a small group and has the same counselor for the duration of the camp, which allows the counselor to focus on each individual camper and help them to maximize their experience. At Camp Watchaug, your child will experience a fun and engaging environment where they can try new things, develop new skills, and learn how to play with others.
