In the magical land of Oregon, where waterfalls tumble down like a giant game of Plinko and the trees are so tall they tickle the bellies of the clouds, there exists a group of extraordinary kids known as the Field Trip Fanatics. These aren't your ordinary shoelace-tying, lunchbox-toting kids. Oh no! These are adventurers, explorers, and giggly goofballs who bravely jump on a big yellow school bus and venture in the wilds of the Beaver State. Let's meet Millie, a girl with a laugh as bubbly as the hot springs in Bagby. She's known for her ability to find the funniest-shaped pebbles on Cannon Beach. Or there's Bobby, the boy who once mistook a Douglas fir for his teacher and started reciting the multiplication table to it. Don't forget Leo, a whiz-kid who can tell you the difference between a Roosevelt Elk and a Blacktail Deer just by the 'sneezes' they make. These kids can find adventure everywhere, from the Crater Lake's crystal blue waters to the Painted Hills' rainbow slopes. They've giggled with the sea lions at the Oregon Coast Aquarium, danced along with the tumbleweeds in the high desert, and even tried to convince the Tillamook Cheese Factory to create a new flavor: Gummy Bear Cheddar! In Oregon, every day is a field trip for these kids! So hop on the bus, strap in, and prepare to be whisked away to the land of Douglas Firs and Sasquatches, where giggles are the currency and every pebble, pinecone, and peculiar creature is a new discovery. This, dear reader, is the fantastically fun, frequently funny, and forever fascinating world of Oregon's Field Trip Fanatics!
