He's always ready to embark on a new adventure with his paddle in his paw and a massive grin on his furry face. He skips and hops around, infusing the sport of kayaking with a dose of fun and laughter, and never fails to amuse his youthful crew. Every weekend, Kip and his army of kiddie-kayakers gather at the serene Finger Lakes or the mighty Hudson River. They maneuver their colorful kayaks through the waters, splashing and laughing, their faces glowing with thrill and excitement. Kip often leads the way, hopping in his kayak with a funny, exaggerated salute before he dives into the water—with a SPLASH! These New York kids love their kayaking adventures. They come from all over the state—from the bustling streets of Manhattan to the calm suburbs of Westchester—just to paddle with Kip, their beloved Kangaroo captain. Their laughter and cheer echo across New York’s waterways, earning them the name "The Empire State Kayak Krew." Give your child the opportunity to learn a unique Olympic sport while building confidence, focus, coordination, discipline, and strategic thinking at ALLE Fencing Club in Fort Lauderdale. ALLE Fencing Club specializes in saber fencing and welcomes students from beginners discovering the sport for the first time to experienced young athletes preparing for regional and national competitions. Youth beginner classes introduce children ages 6–12 to the fundamentals of fencing, including saber handling, footwork, distance control, fencing etiquette, sportsmanship, coordination, focus, and basic rules. Junior programs are available for ages 12+ and help students progress toward competitive fencing. With experienced coaches and a supportive training environment, students develop both physical and mental skills while learning a sport that challenges them to think quickly, move confidently, and make strategic decisions. Advanced and Elite programs provide additional training for experienced fencers interested in tournaments and high-level competition. ALLE Fencing Club also offers private lessons for personalized instruction and skill development, as well as beginner-focused fencing camps that combine fencing activities with teamwork, confidence-building, focus, and fun.
Camp Hilltop has been a part of the Hancock, New York community since 1924. This beautiful camp is situated on 600 acres of woodlands and fields, with a private lake, in the picturesque Catskill Mountains, just two and a half hours from New York City. This summer camp offers a variety of activities, including water skiing, wakeboarding, trapeze, hiking, horses, climbing tower, high ropes, and many sports, performing arts and arts and crafts. We strive to provide a safe, nurturing and non-competitive environment, with a four to one camper to counselor ratio, overseen by a mature, skilled and caring staff.
