Open Gym is an excellent opportunity for all athletes who practice parkour, gymnastics, and cheerleading to come out and work on their skills! This is an open workout function and there will be a coach in the gym during the activity. They will be around to ensure safety and give advice to various skills, but are not available to spot or give in depth coaching.
