Armed with tubes of glue, paint pots, and a limitless imagination, they are little wizards, transforming everyday objects into magnificent art. DEBUT Creative Center & Theater-Studio is a dual-language (English–Russian) program where kids explore creativity, confidence, and self-expression. From theater and dance to fencing and stage performance, children can try new activities and discover their unique talents. Small class sizes let instructors give each child personalized attention, helping them feel comfortable, supported, and confident as they learn. Kids build artistic skills while also developing social confidence, teamwork, and poise on stage and in everyday life. Our programs celebrate each child’s individuality, combining fun, hands-on experiences with a focus on personal growth—all while keeping Russian language and culture an important part of the curriculum.
Our Teen Adventure Camp is for those ages 12-15. This camp provides a weekly field trip to various sites throughout Wayne and the surrounding towns. Our teens get to experience activities such as rock climbing, whitewater rafting, zip lining, hiking, and more. Additionally, we offer leadership development activities, such as “Crisis Management” and “Pilot a Project.” These activities are designed to help our teens develop their problem solving and decision making skills. The Wayne YMCA's Summer Camp program is designed to give children the opportunity to learn, grow, and have fun in a safe and secure environment. Our campers can take part in a variety of activities tailored to their age group, including exploring the great outdoors, learning conflict resolution, participating in community service projects, and attending field trips. Our White Pines Day Camp and Teen Adventure Camp provide a variety of activities that will challenge and engage campers of all ages.
