Camp Auxilium continues to serve local youth today. The Salesian Sisters of St.John Bosco have expanded its mission to include outdoor education, arts, spiritual formation and sports. The camp now offers a variety of activities for campers to enjoy and each day begins with a reflection led by a staff member. Campers can choose from a variety of activities that include swimming, canoeing, archery, team sports, and arts and crafts. We offer a wide variety of programs, such as 8 weeks of traditional sleep-away camp, Family Camps, Day Camps, Spring and Fall weekend programs, T1D Adult Weekend, and Nurse Education seminars. Our summer sleep-away camps are designed to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for children living with type 1 diabetes.
