Led by their fearless leader, Captain Colorific, a sprightly little fellow who wears a paint-splattered cape and a hat with a rainbow plume, these kids know how to have fun with colors. They can turn a boring, blank canvas into a sprawling jungle teeming with fluorescent flamingos, polka-dotted panthers, and turtles wearing top hats. Their favorite game is 'Guess the Goo,' where they close their eyes, dip their hands in paint, and guess the color by its feel. And let's not forget the epic paint fights that end with everyone looking like a walking, giggling abstract art masterpiece. Don't even ask about the time they tried to paint Captain Colorific's pet chameleon, Chroma - let's just say he ended up as the most colourful creature in all of New Jersey! Her entire life, Shannon has been involved in all things creative from Girl Scouts to her career as a hairstylist. She is always looking for the next thing to create. Pinspiration is a perfect match for what they think their community needs. Together Shannon and Paul are excited to bring their life experiences and build a foundation for a fun and creative atmosphere. Pinspiration will bring our community a makerspace to gather, learn, celebrate and inspire one another. Pinspiration is for everyone, even if you think you don’t like crafting.
