In the enchanting realm of New Jersey, where the Atlantic Ocean whispers secrets to its sandy beaches and the lush woods echo with the melody of bird songs, there exists a unique troupe of kids known as the Kickboxing Kiddos. New Jersey, often referred to as the Garden State, is more like a magical kingdom filled with bustling cities, tranquil towns, and everything in between, where dreams sprout just as bountiful as the tomatoes in the summertime. Leading this troupe is the ever-so-charming and quirky, Sir Kick-a-lot. A legendary character with a sparkling blue belt, seemingly mismatched socks, and a headband decorated with doodles of donuts. He's a kickboxing wizard with powerful punches, swift kicks, and an infectious sense of humor that could make even the grumpiest garden gnome giggle. Now, these Kickboxing Kiddos are not your ordinary kids. Oh no! They are a special breed of young warriors, who instead of swinging on jungle gyms, are often found practicing high kicks, dodging imaginary dragons, and giggling over Sir Kick-a-lot's latest cheesy joke. They know how to punch away their fears as swiftly as a seagull swooping down on a boardwalk fry. Training all over New Jersey, from the bustling streets of Newark to the serene trails of the Pine Barrens, these Kickboxing Kiddos have learned that the secret to mighty kickboxing isn't just about mastering the art of punching and kicking. It's about having fun, laughing at Sir Kick-a-Lot's silly socks, and making friends who become more like family. They're the bravest, funniest, and most kick-tastic kids in all of New Jersey, the Kickboxing Kiddos, and their legendary leader, Sir Kick-a-lot.

The Girl Fight program was established in 2009, by Martial Arts enthusiast Prairie Rugilo. After nearly 15 years of being the only girl on the mats. Her goal was to inspire a few girls to try real Martial Arts. Over a decade later, we’ve produced numerous Martial Artists, fighters and female coaches. So many amazing accomplishments have happened at Girl Fight, just because a hand full of girls stepped outside of their comfort zone, while looking for a fun way to “get in shape”.

The “Nicholas Scott Catone Training Center” named after Nick’s late son is a 31,300 square foot state of the art training facility located in Bricktown NJ, and is a Ricardo Almeida / Renzo Gracie affiliate gym. We first opened a 3,200 square ft. facility on September 18, 2010. The following year, in November of 2011, the academy expanded to a 5,200 square ft training facility. Just two years later in November of 2013 we expanded a second time to 8,000 square ft. facility. On December 19, 2017 Nick Catone purchased the building we now occupy, which opened its doors September 8, 2018 on Nick’s late son Nicholas’s 3rd birthday who unexpectedly passed away at the age of 20 months on May 12, 2017. The beautiful facility was built and now stands in memoram of his son Nicholas.
