His favorite pose is the Downward Dog, which he often calls the "Upside-Down Pup." He is the clown of the group, often causing fits of laughter when, attempting the Tree Pose, he sways like a willow in a windstorm instead of standing tall and strong like an oak. But Yogi Bearfoot, goofy as he is, always has a big smile on his face. He believes that Yoga is not just about nailing the perfect pose but enjoying the journey of learning.
