Sketchy isn't your regular fire-breathing, princess-kidnapping dragon, oh no! He's a cool, artsy dragon with a love for drawing and sketching. He's somewhat chunky because he devours donuts instead of knights, his belly jiggly like a jelly-filled treat. Now, about the kids of New Jersey - they're a bunch of budding Picassos, Van Goghs, and Da Vincis, wielding their crayons, pencils, and pastels like knights wielding their swords and shields. Every day, they gather in their secret lairs - sometimes their bedrooms, sometimes the park, sometimes the backseat of a car on a long ride - and they draw. From skyscrapers that kiss the sky to deep seas full of fishies, their imaginations take a wild ride on the paper. These kids, they've got the magic touch. With a swish and flick of their magic wands, they create worlds out of nothing. And guess what, Sketchy the Dragon loves it! Every now and then, he swoops down, his wings rustling like giant silk curtains, and leaves a sprinkle of his magic dust on their artworks, making them come alive. Oh, what joy it brings to the kids of New Jersey! It's a never-ending festival of colors and laughter in the land of the Garden State, a place where every day is an adventure in the world of drawing and sketching.

DEBUT Creative Center & Theater-Studio is a dual-language (English–Russian) program where kids explore creativity, confidence, and self-expression. From theater and dance to fencing and stage performance, children can try new activities and discover their unique talents. Small class sizes let instructors give each child personalized attention, helping them feel comfortable, supported, and confident as they learn. Kids build artistic skills while also developing social confidence, teamwork, and poise on stage and in everyday life. Our programs celebrate each child’s individuality, combining fun, hands-on experiences with a focus on personal growth—all while keeping Russian language and culture an important part of the curriculum.
Repenning Fine Arts has been a leader in the art community of Southern New Jersey for the past 35 years. We are proud to offer art classes to over 150 students every week in painting and drawing. Our full-service custom framing shop, art supplies, and art restoration are open to the public. Our staff is composed of experienced working artists who are dedicated to helping everyone achieve their artistic dreams. This year, we've implemented changes to our studio to follow the new social distancing guidelines in order to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. Everyone must wash their hands upon entering the studio and we strongly encourage the use of masks. To further practice social distancing, we have opened up our back warehouse and created two additional air-conditioned classes. We look forward to continuing to serve our community, and to helping people pursue their artistic goals.
