Flour Power Kids Cooking Studios has been helping kids discover the joy of cooking for over a decade! This incredible success story started in 2008, when Founder Susan Caldwell first began the Lil' Chef youth fitness program. With the popular cooking classes, Susan decided to test the idea of a “kids cooking studios” concept. She began hosting classes and parties in her own home, which quickly outgrew the space. In 2009, she opened the first commercial cooking studio in Falls River Town Center in North Raleigh. With the overwhelming success of the classes and parties, Susan moved the studio in 2011 to the North Hills, a mixed use retail center in Midtown Raleigh, and opened two kitchens.
