His eyes sparkle like the waters of the Atlantic, and his voice booms like the foghorns in the misty harbor. Captain Clam has a remarkable method of training. He uses magical floating blueberries - Maine's official state fruit - for practice. The kids have to aim their serves and spikes just right to burst the hovering blueberries.
