Leading the fearless Rope Course Rangers was Captain Chuckles, a boy with twinkling eyes and a belly laugh that could shake an entire rope course. Every Saturday, the Rangers would meet at their favorite park, "The Sky-High Playground", where rope courses crisscrossed between towering trees.
