The Recreation Department works in conjunction with local sports associations, school departments, individual Town residents, private groups, church and civic groups, as well as other Town departments. This allows us to provide a wide array of recreational activities for the community. Each year, we are proud to serve over 8,000 people in the area. Our commitment to providing quality recreational services is growing each year, as we continue to serve the residents in the area of recreation and leisure services. From scheduling all fields, playgrounds and courts, to offering sporting activities for children and families in need, the Recreation Department is a service-based department that is dedicated to improving the quality of life for our community. We strive to provide opportunities for every resident to participate in activities that promote physical and mental health. With the support of our partners, we are able to offer a variety of recreational activities each year, making sure that everyone in the area is able to benefit from our services.
