It's an enthralling spectacle that would make even the legendary Paul Revere gallop through the streets, shouting, "The Volleyball wizards are coming!" Leading this thrilling brigade is none other than the coolest imaginary character, Captain Spikeopotamus, a whimsically muscular hippo with a peculiar passion for Volleyball. With a headband wrapped around his enormous noggin and knee-high socks stretched over his sturdy legs, he's a sight to behold. It's rumored he can spike a ball so hard, it could fly all the way from Boston to Springfield! The Volleyball wizards of MA are a determined lot, intensely practicing their spikes, bumps, and sets. They dribble, dash, and dive, making the game look as enchanting as the autumn leaves of Berkshire or the sunsets over Cape Cod. But let's not forget, they're as funny as a barrel of Boston baked beans! They love to play pranks, like tying Captain Spikeopotamus’s shoelaces together (an impressive feat, considering hippos don't usually wear shoes!). These wizards love their state, from the hustle and bustle of Boston to the tranquility of the colonial towns. They adore the cool ocean breeze that whispers tales of the mighty Atlantic, and the history etched into every brick of their beloved state. But most of all, they love being a team, a crazy, funny, volleyball-loving team, taking their imagination and energy to new heights. After all, in the magical world of Massachusetts, anything is possible, especially when you're a Volleyball wizard playing under the watchful eyes of Captain Spikeopotamus!

What began in a humble New York City apartment with just a single student, Spark, has since blossomed into an enriching program impacting thousands of children. We also welcome homeschool groups and are thrilled to announce the recent addition of a forest school program to our repertoire. You can find Spark on-site in various schools and at our main studio located in the Upper West Side. But we're not stopping there - we're also planning to expand to the Upper East Side and Brooklyn. For our families in Pennsylvania, we run the program from our family studio there. And if you're not in close proximity to any of our locations, don't worry. We offer in-home instruction and virtual options to ensure that Spark can reach you, no matter where you are. The BBA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit youth organization that offers basketball leagues, sand volleyball courts, basketball and volleyball clinics, private training and open court time. We serve the children of the South East region, regardless of town or city. We are committed to providing the youth of Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island with a safe, nurturing and enriching environment. Our mission is to foster athletic, cultural, recreational, educational and social development, as well as promote diversity and individuality. We also strive to create an environment where our youth can develop self-esteem and self-worth, and learn skills to cope with day-to-day stresses. All children are welcome to join us in our endeavor.
