One of the highlights of our property is the Alappat Atelier, an incredible art studio where the celebrated artist Sebastian Alappat works. From massive fossilized dinosaur pieces to an entire section dedicated to Alice in Wonderland, and a fantastic collection of comic book art, there's plenty to ignite their imagination. The studio is well-equipped with all the necessary art supplies, spacious tables, and abundant natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We understand that comfort is essential for both kids and parents. That is why we've ensured that our facilities include a separate waiting area for parents, offering a space for you to relax while your child is busy exploring their creativity. For 55 years, the Town of Cohasset has provided a summer Playground Program for local youth. This ‘non-essential’ budgetary item has been sustained thanks to the generous donations and sponsorships from local businesses and organizations. This program has been designed to be both affordable and self-supporting, with a weekly fee comparable to that of other for-profit camps. This program offers a safe and fun atmosphere with weekly entertainment, field trips, and daily special events. Over 500 children each year have experienced this program, and have included generations of families, as well as members of our staff. We know that there are many opportunities for sponsorships in the local area, and we understand that dollars are limited. However, we believe that our sponsorship program has a direct impact on hundreds of children and families. Sponsors will receive recognition on over 500 t-shirts, as well as on our fall town-wide brochure and website. Furthermore, local news media may feature your business as a sponsor from time to time.
