Despite having a fluffy tail instead of athletic shorts and tiny paws instead of cleats, Skippy was the champion of all things soccer. His fur was the color of muddy soccer balls, and his eyes were as round and shiny as freshly polished trophies. Each day, the Soccer Squad would gather at the field, their laughter mixing with the rustling leaves, and the paintings of their breath in the cold air.
