Led by their captain, Slam Dunk Salamander, a quick-footed, high-jumping, basketball-spinning amphibian, they conquered every basketball court from Miami to Tallahassee. Slam Dunk Salamander wasn't your average super-skilled sportsman. You see, he was a four-foot-tall, bright green salamander, who walked upright and wore turquoise sneakers. He had a remarkable ability to slither and slide around opponents, making him the best point guard the Sunshine State had ever seen. These B-ball Buccaneers were no ordinary hoop-jumping hooligans. This overnight Christian camp, located just two hours east of bustling Atlanta, has been serving as a peaceful retreat since 1992.
