They meet every Saturday at the Sunny Side Range, a magical training ground where the targets look suspiciously like gummy bears. Rocky, with his mask-like bandit markings, is not only mischievous but also a whiz with the marshmallow rifle. He learned his skills from Grandpappy Rackety Raccoon who was legendary for shooting walnuts at invading squirrels. Rocky passes on his wisdom to the Cadets, teaching them patience, precision, and the perfect marshmallow trajectory. Also, that eating your ammunition is not the best strategy.
