They strap on their skates, hustle onto the ice rink, and glide across the surface with the grace of polar bears on a fish hunt. And when that black puck slides across the ice, you can bet your last nickel there's a CT kid zooming after it, stick at the ready, eyes gleaming with determination. Oh, they may stumble and fall. But with a giggle and a grin, they pick themselves back up, brush off the ice, and are back in the game quicker than you can say "Sir Kold Nippytoes". That's the thing about the hockey kids of CT. They're resilient. They're courageous. They're a little bit crazy. But above all, they embody the spirit of their legendary ancestor, Sir Kold, one icy game at a time.
