Dash 'n Dash was known for two things: his lightning-fast speed and his undeniable knack for turning even the most high-stakes race into a comedy show. He was the kind of kid who'd tie his shoelaces together before a race, just for the sheer fun of watching himself tumble spectacularly right before the finish line. Despite his silly antics, Dash 'n Dash was adored by his teammates. He was the heart and soul of the Californian track and field scene. For our families in Pennsylvania, we run the program from our family studio there. And if you're not in close proximity to any of our locations, don't worry. We offer in-home instruction and virtual options to ensure that Spark can reach you, no matter where you are. This conference functions as a regulatory body, enforcing fair play rules and standards that ensure an equal playing field for all its young athletes. The Track & Field and Cross Country competition under the 5 North Youth Conference provides an exclusive platform for its member teams to display their grit and talent. We extend an invitation to boys and girls between the ages of 5 and 18 to participate in our track and field and cross country programs. Our unwavering dedication is to the development of our youth through sports. Our ultimate aim is to create a secure, wholesome environment where our young athletes can grow not only in sports but also as responsible citizens. We strongly support academic achievement, and towards this end, we annually provide thousands of dollars in academic scholarships to high school seniors who have been a part of our wide range of athletic programs.
