That’s the Bowlero Corp way. Tom Shannon achieved the extraordinary when he purchased the original Bowlmor Lanes and revolutionized the bowling industry. His vision for upscale bowling and events transformed the Manhattan nightlife hotspot into a major player on the national stage, resulting in the opening of new locations throughout the US. In 2013, Bowlmor made a landmark acquisition when it purchased AMF Bowling Centers. This move rescued AMF from bankruptcy, and expanded Bowlmor’s portfolio to hundreds of locations across America. The next year, they launched Bowlero—a dynamic new brand that would take bowling to an entirely new level. That same year, they made headlines again, uniting two longtime industry rivals—AMF and Brunswick—with the acquisition of Brunswick Corporation’s bowling center business. In 2019, Bowlero Corp made another major acquisition: the Professional Bowlers Association (PBA). With the help of their partners at FOX Sports, they have reinvigorated the PBA and brought the sport to millions of fans. Today, the company is now Bowlero Corp—a global media company and the largest owner and operator of bowling centers in the world. With a team of over 8,000 strong, more than 12,000 lanes, and 28 million guests visiting their locations each year, Bowlero Corp offers exceptional service, incredible value, limitless potential, and powerful results.
