Camp Gray is a place to make memories that will last a lifetime. Our staff are hand-selected for their ability to bring out the best in campers while keeping them safe. Our activities are designed to challenge, engage, and inspire campers, while introducing them to Christian values and fun. Special activities include swimming, boating, archery, rock climbing, high ropes course, campfires, and much more.
Camp Gray, located in Reedsburg, Wisconsin and owned by the Catholic Diocese of Madison, is funded by the generous support of our patrons and donors. We have 225 beautiful acres that we love to share, offering a variety of rental and retreat opportunities throughout the school-year and co-ed, overnight Summer Camps for campers from 2nd through 12th grade. Camp Gray is proud to be accredited by the American Camp Association and is dedicated to enriching the spiritual lives of all those that travel down our long driveway. Our staff is hand-selected for their ability to bring out the best in campers while keeping them safe. Campers can look forward to swimming, boating, archery, rock climbing, high ropes course, campfires, and much more. Make memories that will last a lifetime at Camp Gray!
As a Settler, you’ll have a blast with your counselor and cabin mates. Each morning you’ll participate in two program areas like fishing, canoeing, art n’ crafts, archery, swimming, outdoor living skills, or music. In the afternoons you’ll have a rotation between choice time, swim, and cabin times. Each evening you’ll get to participate in something different such as an evening Campfire, cooking out and playing Capture-the-Flag, the Cassidy Games, and more.
Often Settlers will come to youth camp with someone they know (we do our best to honor cabin mate requests) but camp is such a welcoming and open place that campers tell us it is easy to meet new people and make new friends. Our counselors have been trained to excel with homesickness and they actively work to create an accepting, fun environment for the campers. The Settler program is a traditional camp program that allows kids to try out new things and experience the unique blend of faith, friends, and fun that Camp Gray has to offer.

Trailblazers Youth Camps for Grades 6-8
As a Trailblazer camper, you’ll have all the options of the Settlers… and so much more! We have a number of activities that are only available to Trailblazer campers and older. Take a spin on Camp’s mountain bikes or climb our climbing tower. Your counselors will be ready to listen and guide these campers though the challenges of being a teenager, and they’ll help you form great friendships with one another. At Camp Gray you’ll find you fit right in.
The Trailblazer program is also a traditional camp program with the added benefits of more program choices, later bedtimes, and more latitude in deciding what activities the cabin group should do.
