At Silver Lining Taekwon-Do, we believe in the power of martial arts to transform lives. Little Kickers (ages 4-6)

Boost your child’s self-confidence, memory, and coordination. While participating in the Little Kickers program, children will learn attributes that they will be able to apply to their training, but more importantly, tools that they will be able to use in real life. Students will enhance listening skills and learn a sense of discipline and the value of good focus.

Kids Taekwon-Do (ages 7-12)

An exciting, enriching and rewarding journey — from no belt to black belt. Your child will learn martial arts with a heavy focus on life-skills while developing their technique in a safe environment. Along the way, they will learn skills that help improve focus at school, confidence to try new activities, respect for parents, teachers and peers, self-discipline and self-esteem. Our program provides many rewards, and we’re dedicated to helping your child experience all of them.

Adults Taekwon-Do

At Silver Lining Taekwon-Do, we offer adult-oriented programs for a wide range of interests, needs and goals. Regardless of your interest – martial arts, fitness, or self-defense – you can count on an experience delivered with high enthusiasm, positive energy and a comprehensive approach designed to improve body, mind and spirit. Our instructors are trained to work with people of all ages and abilities to give you the best training experience and keep you safe.
