Programs
The classes, camps and experiences this business offers.
PEE WEE Age: 4
We are excited that you are interested in joining the Greenville Youth Sports Pee Wee League. This league meets on Monday nights (for 1 hour) and is facilitated by older players from both the baseball and softball tournament and league teams. We ask a parent/guardian to be present while their child(ren) are participating in this league.
MINOR LEAGUE Age: 9-10
The Minor League consists of children finishing 3rd and 4th grade who attend the Greenville School District. Children out of the Greenville district will be allowed to register and play at an additional fee.
Children finishing 3rd grade will participate in tryouts and then will be drafted by the coaches of the Minor league. If you are new to the league (did not play for GYS the previous year) and are finishing 4th grade you are required to enter the draft along with all the 3rd grade children. Every child will get drafted. The only exception is if the child does not participate in the draft. If they do not participate in the draft they will be randomly placed on a team until an even amount of players are on each team.
JUNIOR LEAGUE SOFTBALL Age: 9-11
We are excited that you are interested in joining the Greenville Youth Sports 9, 10 and 11 (if you have not turned 11 before January 1st) year old Junior Softball league. Please use the Registration tab to register your child for PBFP league.
Every child will get drafted that was not in the Junior League last year. Draft order will be determined by last year's league tournament finishes and if there is a tie then by last year's league standing.
