Leading this jaunty group was a character who was just as wild and wacky as he was wise and wonderful - Scurry the Squirrel. With his ten-gallon hat, cowboy boots, and a tail as tough as a climbing rope, Scurry was a sight to behold. He was considered the coolest climber in these parts, with an infectious laugh that echoed through the canyons and a sense of humor as vast as Texas itself. Each day, the Texas Ascenders would gather at the foot of the cliff, their eyes glistening with the sheer joy of the challenge ahead.
