At RKM Training, we believe everyone should have access to fitness and self-defense. That's why we offer martial arts and self-defense classes for adults, teens and kids in the Carolina Forest area of Myrtle Beach, SC. Our small, family-owned business values all of our clients, whether they're professional fighters or soccer moms and schoolteachers. At RKM Training, we're dedicated to helping everyone stay fit and safe. Our martial arts and self-defense classes are designed to be accessible to all ages and skill levels. We understand that not everyone has the same needs, and we strive to make our classes enjoyable and educational for everyone. We care about our professional fighters and schoolteachers just as much as our soccer moms and weekend warriors.

RKM KIDS!
We offer group fitness and personal training services to children as well. As heartbreaking and painful to see as childhood obesity is, it is important to remember that even if your child does not currently have a health problem, they could one day. Start teaching them early about forming good habits, understanding proper nutrition, avoiding a sedentary lifestyle, and enjoying the benefits of a strong, healthy body. We offer personal training and several fitness classes for children.

Youth Kickboxing
We have kickboxing programs for teens as well as youth ages 5+. Our youth kickboxing program is designed to enjoy the best of both worlds when it comes to martial arts. We come from a traditional martial arts background (Karate, Tae Kwon Do, etc...) while currently training and competing in MMA, Muay Thai, and kickboxing. We will work on instilling a sense of discipline, honor, and respect typical of a traditional martial arts program, all while stressing the importance of hard work and physical fitness needed to stay competitive.
