About Rock Solid Gymnastics

At Rock Solid Gymnastics, we are committed to providing quality instruction that emphasizes proper technique, skill development, and safety. Our coaches are well-trained and experienced, and they strive to create a positive atmosphere where all athletes can feel comfortable and have fun. We provide a rigorous and diverse program that will help all of our athletes reach their full potential. Most importantly, we want to help children develop a passion for the sport of gymnastics that will last a lifetime. We focus on building strong minds and bodies through gymnastics, and we strive to motivate our athletes to reach their highest goals. Our ultimate goal is to help our athletes gain the confidence and skills they need to be successful in all aspects of their lives.

Preschool (ages 3-5)

Our Preschool program is a 45 minute class and a great way to introduce your child to the awesome world of gymnastics while developing self- confidence, motor skills, coordination, balance, and strength all while having a blast. Preschoolers will learn body positioning and basic gymnastics FUNdamentals after which your child will have the tools necessary to advance into beginner gymnastics training or enjoy another sport or activity with a sold foundation on which to excel.

Girls Gymnastics

Beginner Gymnastics (ages 5-6) Our Beginner classes are 60 minutes long, this class is designed to bridge the gap between Preschool and Developmental gymnastics. Introducing more detailed concepts and encouraging more independent learning in a safe environment, including flexibility, strength, body control, coordination, and confidence. Also earning ribbons as they accomplish skills along the way.

Boys Gymnastics

Beginner Gymnastics Ages 5-6 Our Beginner classes are 60 minutes long, this class is de- signed to bridge the gap from Preschool gymnastics to De- velopmental gymnastics. Introducing more detailed con- cepts and encouraging more independent learning in a safe environment, including flexibility, strength, body control, co- ordination, and confidence. Also earning ribbons as they ac- complish skills along the way.
