Sunny SC is a storyteller, with histories written on her sandy shores and whispered among the leaves of her ancient, towering trees. They make a parade of questions, always eager to learn, always ready to discover. Our favorite character is the ever-inquisitive Billy Blue Cap. Billy’s pockets are full of treasures from his travels; seashells from Myrtle Beach, a fallen leaf from the Angel Oak tree, or a shiny pebble from the Blue Ridge Mountains. He's the one always leading the march, with a magnifying glass in one hand and a notepad in the other, ready to inspect, explore, and enjoy every bit of Sunny SC’s stories. You'll often see him chortling with laughter, especially when he finds out that the Palmetto State's dance is the Shag, or that their official snack is boiled peanuts!
