Team Santos BJJ, MMA, and Muay Thai is pleased to announce that after several successful weeks of socially distanced conditioning classes, we are now incorporating partner drills. Leading the charge is Davey Lefort, who has been honored as Teammate of the Month. Davey has done an excellent job of teaching everyone while encouraging them to observe the COVID restrictions. He also does a great job of pushing everyone to mentally think about an opponent when doing any exercise or drill.
