Midwest Cheer & Dance Elite (MCE) provides opportunities for athletes aged 3 years and beyond in recreational cheer, dance and tumbling as well as competitive cheer / dance teams and special needs programs. Our mission at MCE is to provide athletes the freedom to compete successfully both inside and outside our facility. MCE does not measure success by how many times we win but through our perseverance during difficult times, reaching goals we set for ourselves, reaching goals we set for our team(s), respect we give our competition, the honor we bestow on our family, the friends we make, and the family we build.

North Royalton Dance Academy (NRDA) is proudly spearheaded by one of the nation’s elite dance instructors. Amy Stauffer has a dance resume second to none in Northeast Ohio. A dancer from the age of five, Amy has studied and performed on some of the most elite stages the world has to offer. Amy specializes in the genres of jazz, lyrical, hip-hop, tap, cheer and ballet.

SHANNON SCOTT-REICHELT (OWNER) Shannon began dancing at the age of three under the instruction Charlotte Braun. She continued her dance education at the University of Akron and graduated with a Bachelor degree in French and Dance. She is trained in ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, modern, tumbling and cheerleading. She has furthered her training by attending classes at Broadway Dance Center, Steps on Broadway and conventions. Shannon has choreographed and performed in local theater productions. She is also AACCA certified and USASF credentialed in Allstar cheerleading. Shannon has won several honors including best choreography, best showmanship, backstage awards, best sportsmanship, best technique and numerous national and regional titles. Shannon’s students have won numerous awards, gone on to dance professionally, cheer at the collegiate level and most importantly blossomed into well rounded healthy adults.
