About Tranquillity Camp

For over 100 years, Tranquillity Camp has been a summer home away from home for children ages 7 to 16. Kids of all ages enjoy a summer of fun in the sun on the 1,200 acre sleepaway camp. From athletics to theater, art to nature, there’s something for everyone to enjoy in a safe and nurturing environment. Campers can form lifelong friendships while making lifelong memories. Tranquillity Camp has been a summertime destination for children since 1919. With 1,200 acres of land to explore, kids ages 7 to 16 can find something to enjoy in the summer sun. Whether they’re participating in athletics, theater, art, or nature activities, campers are sure to have a safe and nurturing environment to help create lifelong friendships and memories. With plenty of fun activities to choose from, Tranquillity Camp is the perfect place to make summertime magic.

Summer Program
Our recreational programs allow children to try new things and enjoy friendly competition in various sports. We encourage basic skill development and sportsmanship while having fun on the fields and courts of Tranquillity. On most evenings after dinner, children enjoy Free Play time during which they can participate in a favorite activity or spend time with friends or siblings in supervised areas.
