KIDS BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU

In our kids martial arts classes, your child will learn how to control an opponent on the ground using proper technique and leverage, as well as how to apply a number of finishing holds proven to be effective against all body types. Children will learn balance, develop flexibility, and most importantly practice self-control and discipline in order to be successful in this art. We break up our kids into age specific groups to help target their current stage of development. The Future Champs (Ages 4-6) is our youngest group which features a shorter class time and the kids learn at their ideal rate in a very fun environment. Our older groups (Ages 7-9 & 10-13) feature a longer, more detailed class where they can be challenged to their full potential.
